- Linkable - link a PetHub ID tag or collar (sold separately) to your pet's profile so that if your pet goes missing and someone scans his tag, they can learn what they need to know about him from reading his online profile.
- Protect Your Privacy – if you don't want your address or phone number showing up when the tag is scanned, then just list your vet, pet sitter or other caretaker, or turn on the "Contact Owners" feature which allows your pet’s new friend to fill out a quick note that we email to you.
- Easy to Subscribe – in order to get started at this level, all you have to do is create a pet profile. You’ll automatically be added to our Bronze Subscription list.
- 24/7 Found Pet Hotline—Our toll-free number automatically appears on all pet profiles. Best part? Even if your data isn’t showing publicly, our operators can bridge a call with your pet’s finder and you, without ever having to give away information you wish to keep private.

- Shelter Alerts - you've entered your pet’s medications, dietary needs, your contact information, as well as how to reach your vet, sitter, neighbors and friends. We help you send that info to the local animal shelters.
- Lost Pet Email Notifications with GPS mapping - when someone scans your pet's PetHub ID tag, we send you an email notification and include any GPS data available from their smartphone.
