- PetHub brand items ship within 3 business days from Wenatchee, WA, our USA headquarters.
- Non-QR ID products have a standard $4.95 shipping fee
- Personalized or items marked as "drop ship" ship via our partners and may take 2-3 weeks.
- Pre-order/back-order items will ship according to the time outlined in the product description.
Returns
- 30-day no-risk return policy
- To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received it -- damaged items are not eligible
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Personalized products are not eligible for returns

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
- Contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item
- We guarantee that with normal wear and tear, our tags will be scannable for the life of your pet.
- If your pet's tag becomes unscannable, please send us a photo to support@pethub.com so we can help get you a one-time replacement tag.
- We reserve the right to evaluate replacements of damaged or unreadable tags on a case by case basis.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since you sent at return, please contact us at support@pethub.com.
