Shipping

SodaPup works hard to bring you the lowest shipping rates possible.  Most small orders are shipped via First Class Mail through the US Postal Service.  While timing is not guaranteed, most US based deliveries arrive in 2-4 days, depending upon location. 

Returns

Our Guarantee: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you are not  satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement within 30 days along with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: We want to be sure that every product leaving our facility meets your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service at info@sodapup.com and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. 

How to Replace: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, your dog destroys a toy within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge.  Contact us at info@sodapup.com with a proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged toy.

Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. We recommend supervised play for all our toys.  Hard nylon toys wear down with use.  As the dog chews these toys, bits of the material will be scraped off.  This is normal.  Chewy rubber toys do not get worn down like nylon toys.  Teeth punctures in the rubber is normal wear and tear.  However, if your dog is chewing off large chunks of rubber, then you should remove the toy.  We will replace those toys if it occurs within 30 days of purchase.
